Article
Submission. All papers for poster and platform presentations will
be published in the proceedings. Instructions for preparing the
proceedings papers have been posted:

The due day for submitting articles for publication is October
31, 2004.
E-version
Proceedings for Students. Student registrants will receive e-version
proceedings (PDF format), while other registrants will receive
regular printed proceedings.
One-day
Attendance. One-day registration has been added to the registration
form:

Hotel
Reservations. The Fairmont Hotel can be reserved for one person,
two persons, or whole families with the same price for each room.
It is not uncommon for two junior researchers/students to share
one room (two double beds). If international attendees have problems
reserving your rooms at the Fairmont Hotel, please contact us
at registration@aasci.org
for help.
Cancellations.
If you have must cancel your attendance, please inform us as soon
as possible. Some poster presenters have been put on a waiting
list for platform presentation. If you are a platform presenter,
and have decided to withdraw the presentation, your earliest notification
would be highly appreciated both by the conference and by those
authors in the waiting list.
